Job Description
- Strong BA skills (Requirement facilitation/Conduct workshops/Run UAT sessions/Ability to understand & articulate the high level technical design/Manage offshore team).
- UI/UX design experience in Figma.
- Experience conducting surveys with clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or financial services environments.
- Proven expertise in requirements facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX collaboration and design review using Figma.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and UAT processes.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate high-level technical architecture and design concepts.
- Experience designing, conducting, and analyzing client or user surveys.
- Strong coordination skills with onshore and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
