Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Overview:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products that meet customer needs. Engineers in this function participate in the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and coding to testing and deployment. Full-stack engineers, capable of building both front-end and back-end components, are a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements-advocating for user-centric software solutions. Software Development: Solve complex problems by designing and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies. Technology Assessment: Evaluate software requirements and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies. Architecture Design: Create high-level software architecture that defines the structure, components, and interfaces of applications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality. Testing Strategy: Define and implement testing strategies, guidelines, and processes aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Performance Optimization: Continuously improve application performance and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Development Practices: Apply modern programming practices such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). Security: Implement security measures to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization techniques. User Interface Development: Build intuitive and interactive user interfaces. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using server-side languages. Innovation & Emerging Tech: Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, contributing to industry collaborations and exploring new stack layers.
