Overview
The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) integration. These positions require expertise in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect Oracle EBS with various applications and systems for federal agency projects.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle SOA/OIC integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications
- Create and maintain FBDI-based integrations for data transfer between systems
- Develop REST APIs using OIC to integrate with Oracle EBS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and performance issues
- Implement Oracle cloud REST APIs for various modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, HCM)
- Create and manage workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder
- Develop and customize forms, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Apex
- Perform SQL/ PLSQL performance tuning and optimization
- Create and maintain documentation for integration solutions
- Develop and execute test plans for integration components
- Provide production support for existing integrations
- Participate in code reviews and implementation of best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 6+ years of experience as an Oracle SOA Developer or Integration Engineer
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with other systems using Oracle SOA/OIC
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs using OIC
- Experience with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for Oracle applications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Inventory, General Ledger)
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL development
- Experience with Oracle Advanced Queues
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles
- Experience with web service development and testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, SVN)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications (OCA, OCP, or equivalent)
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integration
- Experience with Oracle Apex for dashboard and UI development
- Knowledge of Oracle Workflow Builder
- Experience working with federal agencies or government contractors
- Experience with XML, JSON data formats
- Knowledge of data migration and conversion techniques
- Experience with performance tuning of integrations
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and Azure services
