What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant who will provide data solutions (analysis, data engineering, etc.) to a Department of Defense client. The candidate will perform technical tasks that include, but are not limited to, building data pipelines, developing visualizations and dashboards, and building predictive models across multiple domain areas.

We are seeking candidates with the proven ability to work independently in converting business and functional requirements into data pipelines, complex reports, data visualizations, and/or predictive models. Additionally, we expect candidates to maintain good working relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience, and to have the ability to present and communicate information to clients that enable them to make data-driven decisions.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• THREE (3) or more years of experience as a data scientist, data analyst or data engineer

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes
• Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization
