The Opportunity

Are you passionate about the future of eCommerce and digital experiences? Are you someone who deeply understands the Enterprise Marketer and is excited to develop tools to empower them in a GenAI world? Perhaps someone who also has a keen business sense with the drive and hunger to bring a vision to life?

This is an opportunity to build and launch a new product within Adobe working within an exciting org that is incubating next-generation ideas. You will lead a team of engineers, designers, and prototypers to bring to life a product, test it with customers and demonstrate product-market fit.

This role is a unique opportunity to operate like a startup founder while having the resources of an innovative, large Technology company. Join us for an opportunity to invent new technologies and contribute to brand new and existing Adobe products!

What you'll do
  • Function as the general manager for a new incubation venture within Adobe
  • Design and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Enterprise Marketers to deliver next-gen conversational commerce experiences powered by AI.
  • Build and lead a small but mighty team of Engineers, Prototypers, Designers and Researchers to deliver on the product vision.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, identifying new product opportunities and prioritizing them based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Draw upon an executive leadership 'board' crafted to support incubation efforts at Adobe
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to find opportunities and define product requirements.
  • Craft and implement a go-to-market plan to launch the product and get alpha / beta customers.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify new avenues to pursue.
  • Lead the P&L for the product and run budget accordingly.

What's needed to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Confirmed experience (10+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on building eCommerce and/or Enterprise Marketing solutions for large Enterprises.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and Enterprise Marketing workflows and an experienced pain around broken digital experiences. You can see the opportunities that Generative AI offers to reinvent our digital shopping experiences, and can extrapolate from ongoing AI/ML developments to build a compelling product vision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing day-to-day blocking and tackling while seeing the forest from the trees.
  • The role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategy and people management. You are able to fluently converse with Engineers / Developers on technical concepts related to AI/ML, lead a cross-functional team and collaborate optimally with business partners.
  • Consistent record of delivering successful products ahead of schedule.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize optimally.
  • Passion for crafting exceptional experiences and driving business growth through delivering on Enterprise Marketing needs.
  • An unparalleled desire to take an idea from 0 to 1 especially within the eCommerce and Marketing space.
