The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you are expected to manage M365 platform strategies, aligning them with organizational goals. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to provide guidance and support to end-users and manage small teams in release management and deployment coordination.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Infrastructure technology certifications including Microsoft Collaboration preferred
- Mastery in managing M365 platforms
- Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans
- Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and security protocols
- Experience in infrastructure/network discovery and migration
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Knowledge of Collaboration and Mobility Technologies
- Experience in Cloud Storage management

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
