Title: SAP Coordinator - 1st Shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) - Onsite

Description:
Material Flow oriented duties:
Work with the Material Flow Analyst researching, investigating, locating, and ensuring timely storage of hot parts, including machine down orders.
Maintains Negative Primes, working to correct inventory daily that has gone negative in the system, and reporting findings to supervisors to ensure corrective actions.
Daily departmental operations duties:
Assisting to make timely trailer moves in PINC yard management system to pull in and push out trailers for continuous inbound and outbound shipments.
Assist monitoring WCS and daily shipping sequence in TRAKKER to identify discrepant parcels ahead of goals to ensure timely loading and on-time delivery.
Assist in handling billing and billing requests of outbound loads.
Evaluate quality-oriented issues with outbound parcels, requiring research in both WCS and DNS to resolve properly and ensure timely shipment and quality of parcels to customers.
Handling various inventory discrepancies discovered by wage employees on the inbound side (in DNS), such as dead move orders, writing on or off inventory as needed to provide scannable move orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensuring Days of Supply of product for material stored at off-site facilities that must ship through PDC, ordering material when necessary.
Monitor email inbox for various issues reported by Shipping office, Receiving, Material Flow lead, Supply Management, etc.
Perform storage audits to ensure proper processes are being upheld by work force.
Investigate picks that cannot be found by the work force prior to submitting a back order.
Assist with monitoring short stocks to ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with safety policies.
Ensure employees maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
Assist with getting mobile equipment to maintenance for PM s.
Required Skill sets:

Coordinates the flow of materials in multiple departments of the factory, which may include shipping and receiving. Ensures that the production personnel have the parts they need in order to produce the desired product(s). Oversees and ensures that the inventory is correct and on time and identifies problems and makes suggestions involving production schedules. Coordinates the activities for the tactical execution of a production plan within the factory. Works in larger and broader groups. May supervise or provide work direction to hourly material handlers, stock chasers, or truckers.
Duties:
Coordinates for multiple departments the procuring, expediting, producing and delivering material on time.
Includes managing the movement of rejected material to source. Recommends procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.
Finds and corrects root cause of material shortages.
May provide recommendations for solutions.
Utilizes Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules. May include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials.
Audits material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance.
Resolves inventory errors and expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
Works critical shortage reports to ensure part availability. Implements the output from the engineering release and change management process.

First shift position (6:00am - 2:30pm), Mon Fri
Metatarsals are required 50% in office and 50% on shop floor
Could be required to drive a client Gator to get around the facility
