Business Analyst Salesforce (CRM Integration)

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a merger integration initiative involving the migration of CRM capabilities from Oracle CRM to Salesforce. The consultant will play a critical role in discovery, blueprinting, configuration, and ensuring alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and blueprint workshops to capture end-state business requirements.
- Analyse existing Oracle CRM processes and map them to Salesforce features.
- Define configuration, customization, and workflow requirements.
- Support data migration planning (master data, customers, accounts, opportunities).
- Define reporting, dashboards, and analytics needs within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration with ERP, HCM, and PSA systems.
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Model.
- Experience in CRM migration or system integration projects.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred (BA, Admin, or Consultant).
