What We'll Bring:
The Senior Consultant, Business Analysis, will be responsible for building and leading a forward-thinking BI function that delivers actionable insights across forecasting, portfolio management, churn reduction, customer segmentation, and opportunity identification. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure data is not only accessible but also strategically leveraged to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

How you will contribute:

1. Comprehensive Forecasting Support

• Develop predictive models to forecast business performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Integrate internal and external data sources to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to align forecasts with planning and budgeting cycles.

2. Portfolio Management

• Monitor and analyze performance at the account, product, and segment levels.
• Identify underperforming areas and recommend strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
• Build dashboards and tools to support real-time portfolio insights.

3. Attrition / Churn Management

• Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify churn risks and behavioral triggers.
• Develop and implement churn prediction models and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to design targeted interventions.

4. Customer Segmentation & Behavioral Analytics

• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, usage patterns, and engagement metrics.
• Build dynamic segmentation models to support personalized marketing and product strategies.

• Use behavioral insights to inform product development and customer experience initiatives.

5. Opportunity Identification & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Line of Business (LOB) leaders to uncover growth opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and actions.

Impact You'll Make:

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategic planning roles.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, churn analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Pandas).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing analytical teams.
• Natural problem solver, with proven ability to articulate and lead projects according to objectives, desired outcomes and timelines
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing and verbal communications skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen and attention to detail
• Customer centered with strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with a service attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive and with comfort in dealing with ambiguity and driving robust business decision recommendations supported by sometimes limited information
• Power user of MS Office including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Teams.

Educational background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
