The IT Plant Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring reliable technology operations across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. This position provides hands-on technical support, maintains IT systems, and ensures services meet performance and availability standards.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

The IT Plant Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring reliable technology operations across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. This position provides hands-on technical support, maintains IT systems, and ensures services meet performance and availability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver break/fix support for hardware, phones, and network-connected equipment.
- Coordinate and set up executive meetings, including conference room technology and Yealink systems.
- Manage service tickets, walk-in requests, and vendor relationships.
- Perform audits (printers, conference rooms) and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support device imaging, Autopilot configuration, and Intune testing.
- Travel between Green Bay and De Pere sites as needed.
- Work comfortably on ladders and scissor lifts in a manufacturing environment.
Core Skills
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Active Directory administration
- Customer service and white-glove support
- Imaging and deployment processes
- Office 365 and mobile device management
- SCCM and ticketing systems
- Printer and network hardware support (including Cisco switches)
- Mac OS familiarity
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of IT support experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent time management and resourcefulness.
- Familiarity with service management tools and documentation best practices.
