Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with evolving business needs, particularly across supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates are both strategic thinkers and hands-on problem solvers with deep experience in platforms like Blue Yonder, and Coupa.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior liaison for system-related business needs and strategic technology improvements


• Lead system support, enhancements, and issue resolution, including on-call responsibilities as needed


• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions


• Manage full project lifecycle-from requirements to deployment-for high-impact system initiatives


• Ensure compliance with standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation


• Mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional collaboration


• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve system performance and functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and solution design


• Strong background in project management and cross-functional process improvementIn-depth knowledge of Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Manufacturing workflows


• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry


• Expertise in systems like Blue Yonder, Coupa, SAP, or equivalent platforms


• Advanced understanding of cloud-based integrations and enterprise system architecture
