Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Kofax Automation Engineer with strong expertise in intelligent document processing (IDP) across structured and unstructured formats. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience integrating Kofax with enterprise APIs, including Amazon, Tungsten, and Box, to streamline document workflows. Recent exposure to Generative AI solutions for document classification, summarization, or data extraction will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain Kofax workflows for intelligent document capture, classification, and extraction.
Integrate Amazon, Tungsten, and Box APIs for automated document ingestion, routing, and archiving.
Work with both structured and unstructured documents to enable high-accuracy processing.
Implement error handling, logging, and performance tuning for document workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Leverage Generative AI tools and frameworks to enhance document understanding and processing.
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of automated document pipelines.
Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Kofax Capture / Transformation / TotalAgility.
Strong API integration skills (Amazon API, Tungsten API, Box API).
Proven experience handling structured and unstructured documents in automation workflows.
Knowledge of automation best practices, error handling, and performance optimization.
Exposure to Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock) for document processing is a plus.
