Deliverables:
Project Management Support - offers comprehensive Project Management Support, encompassing the establishment and oversight of project governance. This includes aiding in the creation of thorough project plans, inclusive of milestones and tollgate reviews. Facilitates status report meetings and prepares succinct summary communications. It diligently tracks, monitors, and manages the escalation of issues. Furthermore, advises on optimal practices for tool usage, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Wdesk, and Alteryx. Collaborates with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and maintainable custom solutions, institutes rigorous testing protocols, and maintains meticulous records of solution architectures, workflows, and configurations. Generates user manuals and guides to ensure easy adoption.
Process Support: Aids in data collection for future organizational structure design, supports ongoing process or policy updates (including RACI matrices, accounting policies, and SOPs), develops updated job descriptions as necessary, and constructs an updated taxonomy. Orchestrates required training, amasses and develops necessary data for employee departures, and ensures cross-departmental coordination and alignment.
Technical Support: Provides expert advice and strategic direction on optimal practices for employing tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Wdesk, and Alteryx. It works closely with stakeholders to comprehend needs, subsequently designing scalable, secure, and maintainable custom solutions. Furthermore, sets up rigorous testing methodologies to confirm that these solutions adhere to quality benchmarks and business prerequisites. It guarantees meticulous record-keeping of solution architecture, workflows, and configurations, and prepares user manuals and guides to facilitate ease of use and adoption
