SECTOR - Capture Technician I - A1 - Fremont, CA (Onsite) - 2 Positions

BR: $49.5/hr monthly rate equates to $7,920 with 160 hrs per month of T&M. (per talent, Salary would Approx 60K)
Updated Salary (GM @ app. 40%) per Justin: $47,500

Must Haves:
1) Must have a Car & Must be able to provide an excellent customer service experience.
2) 1+ years of experience utilizing PC and general knowledge of operating MAC iOS.
3) 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to Have/Additional Comments: 1+ years of experience running human-based user studies or working with external participants in user research, or medical environments (strong documentation, attention to detail).

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Stage and set up equipment for the study. Study set-up may involve engaging with engineering, external equipment vendors, internal and external safety evaluators, and the research study team to ensure the equipment is set up properly.
2) Conduct the study. The capture process and responsibilities of the Capture Technician will include:
Managing participants, operating the capture systems. debriefing participants. sending reports to the Project Manager upon completion, Identifying and reporting any bugs or issues with the capture process through an internal issue reporting tool.

Other Responsibilities:
-Study support services. Support research and development in various areas including data collection, the capture systems handling, tracking of participant compensation and tracking of equipment and procedures.
Annotate/label data according to specifications discussed with the Principle Investigator and/or annotation leads, with a focus on accuracy.
Give feedback on ways to optimize annotation guidelines.
Give feedback to external annotation team to ensure high quality annotations.

Must haves
Bachelors degree required.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Must be able to provide an excellent customer service experience.
One plus (1+) years of experience utilizing PC and general knowledge of operating MAC iOS.
One plus (1+) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Plusses
Experience with high tech equipment and/or prototypes.
