Client:AT&T Plano TX who can go inperson interviews - 3 days a week Hybrid - need on W2

A Backend Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, database integration, and APIs for web applications. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend components of web applications using Java
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient APIs
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
