Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to facilitate agile practices and enhance team collaboration within a remote work environment.
<>Responsibilities</>- Facilitate scrum processes and ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Coach team members on agile practices while monitoring project progress to meet deadlines.
- Encourage clear communication of requirements and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Background in IT or software development environments.
- Previous experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity.
