IT Support Technician Entry Level

We re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our clients growing IT team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in IT, offering hands-on experience. You ll be supporting end users provisioning hardware, resolving technical issues, and contributing to process documentations all while being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Provisioning & Setup

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software following company SOPs and Knowledge Base guidelines
  • Accurately document all hardware deployments and updates in relevant systems
  • Manage IT inventory and asset tracking
  • Visit client sites to set up hardware systems as needed

Level 1 Service Desk Support

  • Respond to inbound support calls, emails, and tickets
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades, network management, and security initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism in all client and internal interactions

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Create and revise knowledge base articles based on ticket resolutions
  • Support peer training on hardware and service desk procedures

What You ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field a plus
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (macOS experience is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skill
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification
  • Interest in Pursuing an IT career path
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
