Job Description
Required skills:
Minimum 5 years in a Solutions Architecture role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules.
Expertise in SAP architecture, design, configuration, and customization.
Familiarity with SAP best practices and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
15+ years of SAP functional experience in at least one of the following areas:
o SAP CRM (including CRM 7.0 WebUI)
o SAP FI/CO/FM
o SAP SRM (Procure to Pay, contract management)
o SAP HCM
o SAP Payroll/Benefits
10+ years as a solution architect in the chosen SAP functional area.
Strong solution design skills based on business requirements.
Workflow design and middleware configuration knowledge.
15+ years of business system administration, installation, upgrade, and advanced troubleshooting experience.
10+ years as a technical/functional lead with project management experience delivering multiple projects on time.

Preferred skills:
Prior experience in progressively responsible SAP roles (Consultant, Developer, or Project Manager).
Understanding of public finance management principles (budgeting and financial control) in government projects.
Expertise in SAP solutions related to grant management (if applicable to government).
Proficiency in SAP data management, including migration strategies, archiving, and governance.
Mentoring, coaching, and training experience for FTEs and consultants.

Overview:
The SAP Solution Architect will be responsible for technical setup, configuration, and integration of SAP CRM, ECC, and SRM systems, along with related third-party applications. This role will manage technical architecture analysis, design, and development of new functionality, while ensuring technical integrity and leveraging common solutions. The position also includes mentoring technical teams, participating in product strategy, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Job Responsibilities:
Provide architecture and design guidance for SAP solutions
Ensure technical integrity of projects and eliminate duplication of work
Participate in defining the product roadmap and strategy
Lead and mentor team members, sharing solution and technical expertise
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design workflows and configure middleware integrations
Oversee business system administration, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Lead multiple projects to on-time completion as a technical/functional lead
