Job Summary: The candidate will determine engineering scope and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders. Participate in planning, working with teams during proposed solutions phases. Identify and propose solutions and preparation of reports.
Responsibilities:
- Determine project scope and strategy with client groups and other stakeholders to execute small and large projects in a cGMP environment.
- Assist with developing Validation Planning, ETOP and Documentation Reviews, Protocol (IQ/OQ/PQ) Generation and Protocol Execution
- Work with startup teams during the commissioning and validation phases of a project, ensuring clear communication and hand-off of information.
- Participate in developing Validation objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
- Help determine, draft, and author project cGMP documentation such as Validation Master Plans, Specific Validation Project Plans, Schedules, IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols, Final Reports, Deviations, and Investigation support.
- Provide timely proposed solutions to problems discovered during the Validation process.
- Prepare validation reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information during execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (Chemical, Mechanical or equivalent preferred)
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Equipment, Utilities or Facilities validation within a cGMP environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of industry regulated guidelines for the validation of cGMP facilities
- Technical documentation skills including URS generation.
- GMP/cGMP change control process experience.
- Computer System Validation Experience
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Initiative: Proven track record of being self-motivated and capable of working in diverse team situations with clients and maintaining a positive attitude towards project challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
