Job Title: VMware Engineer (Tanzu and Kubernetes Specialist)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Engineer with specialized experience in Tanzu and Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters using VMware Tanzu. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage VMware Tanzu environments.
- Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of Kubernetes clusters.
- Containerize existing applications and ensure seamless integration into Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tanzu and Kubernetes environments.
- Work closely with development teams to support application deployment and integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a VMware Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on Tanzu and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in VMware and Kubernetes are highly desirable.
