RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and document product requirements and specifications
* Analyze product performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring timely and coordinated product launches
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure successful product deployments
* Monitor and report on the status of product releases, identifying and resolving any issues or risks
* Assist in the creation of user documentation, release notes, and training materials for product launches
* Support the Product Manager in backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and other Agile processes
* Conduct post-release analysis to measure the success of product launches and gather feedback for future improvements
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product analysis and release management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies
* 2+ years of experience in a product analyst or release management role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
* Experience with release management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience in the quick-service restaurant industry or a related field
* Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management and software development processes
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
