Where You Fit:
Websoft Developers is looking for an Implementation Engineer to assist with implementing Websoft's MobileMMS software in local governments nationwide. You'll work alongside our project managers and consultants to help configure, train, and provide go-live support to our newest customers. This position offers the flexibility for you to work from any location within the United States, including out of your home office or one of the several Springbrook offices throughout the country.
This opportunity is available for remote work.
Responsibilities:
Interview customers and gather and document requirements to optimally configure MobileMMS
Configure MobileMMS in a manner consistent with the customer's business practices, starting with system-housed, industry-standard, best-in-class modules.
Convert data using Safe Software's Feature Manipulation Engine and Python to ensure complete and accurate information is brought forward into our software from customers' legacy systems.
Connect system-developed activities to customer-centric GIS representations to provide spatial information and feature connectivity.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Provide go-live support and ensure a seamless transition of the customer account to Springbrook's Customer Support department.
Occasional travel to customer sites on occasion to perform software implementation work and training may be required.
Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies.
Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in using complex software, including SaaS-based solutions, ideally focused on asset management.
Technical experience in data conversion, data analytics, or data architecture
Experience with Python, data conversion tools, and industry standard databases (e.g., SQL, Access)
Experience with GIS tools, preferably those from ESRI
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science
Experience using APIs with JSON representation to communicate information between systems.
Experience implementing Asset Management software.
Experience working with water and wastewater utilities with a basic understanding of their needs.
Ability to write customer-facing documentation, knowledge-base articles, and internal standard operating procedures
Experience with reporting engines, including Power BI, Tableau, and ESRI dashboards
Experience managing complex projects with formal management tools.
