The Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering team provides services and solutions for the planning, design, implementation and support of operating systems, virtual infrastructure, storage and backups. Storage Platform Engineering supports industry standard NAS and SAN platforms to provide both a stable and robust business environment.
The Lead Platform Engineer supports key project driven initiatives, as well as operational tasks to maintain the integrity of infrastructure environment. The Lead Platform Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership across a distributed virtualized environment.

Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering transforms the way we deliver infrastructure to our business clients. A key construct of EP&PE will be the evolution of the IT Product Manager, who will partner with the Engineering organization, the Business Aligned Service Delivery organization, the DevSecOps organization as well as our operational support teams to ensure that this organization provides high quality, commercially attractive and timely solutions to support our business strategy.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support new technologies within the infrastructure environment.
- Leads and/or Assists key projects and deliverables related to the infrastructure environment.
- Maintain stability of the infrastructure environment.
- Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of system maintenance, release updates, upgrades, and/or new technology deployments adhering to company's standard change management protocol.
- Effectively complete complex projects and installations within aggressive time frames and budget parameters.
- Develop and produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms.
- Complete performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and standard methodologies which improve overall environment.
- Perform comprehensive Evaluation of new feature or product technologies resulting in insightful analysis and recommendation.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately.

Talents Needed For Success:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Dell/EMC VMAX, PowerMax and Unity.
- STAR and SRDF replication technologies.
- Unisphere and SYMCLI.
- Skills in Automation.
- NetApp OnTap 9.x with a focus on NFS and CIFS.
- NetApp SnapMirror replication.
- Brocade and Cisco fibre channel switches.
- Linux and Windows operating systems.
