Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Policy Advisor to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conduct OSINT activity audits per the requiring activities, directives, manuals, policies, guidance, and procedures.
  • Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
  • Provide the organizational data operations for senior level government decision making.
  • Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine at the Intelligence Community, DoD, Service, and Command levels.
  • Provide support to the Government with Executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelors and 18+ years of related experience, Masters and 16+ yearsof experience, or PhD or JD & 13+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge to provide input in planning, developing and implementing the program baseline with skills to identify and analyze minor variances.
  • Ability to define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.
  • Ability to manage a medium size program staff that may include subcontractors or suppliers.
  • Ability to conduct financial discussions in coordination with internal cross-functional team. Knowledge to use standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications.
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Top Secret SCI
