Candidate has to be at customers site Nashville, TN, USA.
Essential Skills:
Gather business requirements and map them to Xstore functionalities.
Configure POS systems for promotions, loyalty programs, and store operations.
Provide L1L2 support for Xstore POS systems.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.
Coordinate with Oracle support for patches and upgrades.
Design, develop, and customize Oracle Xstore POS applications.
Integrate Xstore with ERP systems (Ibm Sterling Oms, Jesta ERP etc.).
Debug and resolve issues in POS transactions, payment gateways, and inventory modules.
Skills Required:
Troubleshooting POS hardware/software issues.
Knowledge of Oracle Retail ecosystem.
