We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate member data to enhance the overall member experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with members via phone and email, providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Manage and update member records, ensuring data accuracy in our systems.
- Address and resolve member inquiries and issues, including troubleshooting access problems.
- Process payments and handle renewal invoices efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures for membership administration.
Skills
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency with databases or Association Management Systems (AMS), such as NimbleAMS or Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with online shared document products and a comfort level working on a Mac.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of interdepartmental teams.
