Job Details

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate member data to enhance the overall member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members via phone and email, providing top-notch customer service and support.
  • Manage and update member records, ensuring data accuracy in our systems.
  • Address and resolve member inquiries and issues, including troubleshooting access problems.
  • Process payments and handle renewal invoices efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures for membership administration.

Skills

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficiency with databases or Association Management Systems (AMS), such as NimbleAMS or Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with online shared document products and a comfort level working on a Mac.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of interdepartmental teams.
