Are you a highly skilled and passionate Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead ready to drive the evolution of our critical business applications? We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of Dynamics 365 experience to lead the technical implementation and support of our Dynamics 365 (CRM) application, which is vital for empowering our field technicians. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and stability of our core operational systems and shape our internal technical capabilities.

You will be at the forefront of architecting and enhancing our Dynamics 365 system, designing complex customizations, workflows, integrations, and reports to perfectly align with our business processes. This includes leveraging the full power of PCF (Power Apps Component Framework), Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps for seamless system integration. A crucial aspect of this role involves providing technical oversight and validation of deliverables from external partners, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's standard features and best practices. You will be a key advisor on Dynamics 365 best practices, leading technical design sessions, writing specifications, and guiding projects through daily collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. If you thrive in a challenging hybrid environment (3 days in-office, flexible remote options, and half-day remote Fridays) where your technical leadership directly contributes to business success, and are adept at debugging C# plugins and JavaScript, we want to hear from you. Join us and help shape the future of our enterprise applications!
