Join our innovative team as an AJO/Orchestrator Consultant, where you'll work remotely with cutting-edge technology to make a significant impact in marketing automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experts and enhance your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test journeys, events, and automations within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Implement decision rules and triggers to enhance journey logic and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure alignment on data usage and orchestration strategies.
  • Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe and third-party systems using APIs and data pipelines.
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance and validation for multichannel experiences.
  • Identify and resolve campaign and data flow issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Contribute to team documentation and share best practices.
  • Stay informed on the latest Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer updates.

Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing automation or orchestration development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Journey Optimizer and its components.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform schemas and datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, JSON, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in troubleshooting campaign execution within marketing platforms.
  • Strong quality assurance skills, particularly in multichannel campaign execution.
  • Adobe certifications related to Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
