Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test journeys, events, and automations within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Implement decision rules and triggers to enhance journey logic and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure alignment on data usage and orchestration strategies.
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe and third-party systems using APIs and data pipelines.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance and validation for multichannel experiences.
- Identify and resolve campaign and data flow issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Contribute to team documentation and share best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer updates.
Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing automation or orchestration development.
- Proficient in Adobe Journey Optimizer and its components.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform schemas and datasets.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JSON, and APIs.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in troubleshooting campaign execution within marketing platforms.
- Strong quality assurance skills, particularly in multichannel campaign execution.
- Adobe certifications related to Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
