Senior Analyst Product Integrity, Data Analytics & Reporting

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Employment Type: Long term contract - hybrid

A Fortune 500 retail athletic clothing company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Product Integrity team. This role is focused on delivering high-impact data analytics and reporting to support compliance, quality, and customer feedback programs across the product lifecycle.

Overview:

This role calls for a strong analytical mind someone who can break down complex business challenges and deliver insights clearly to executive stakeholders using advanced analytics tools. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: a strong communicator, innovative thinker, and collaborative team player who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes.

The Senior Analyst will provide analytical support for Chemicals Management and key Product Integrity programs, including initiatives like the Product Voice of Guest. They ll work closely with cross-functional partners across product management, technology, e-commerce, retail, and the broader product and supply chain teams from early design phases through to planning, sourcing, and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-level executive reporting, building advanced data models, creating methodologies for analysis, tracking operational metrics, and acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This person will also lead user acceptance testing and help uphold data quality and governance best practices across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reporting and analysis efforts related to product compliance testing, providing insights tailored to executive audiences
  • Support the strategy and delivery of the Product Voice of Guest (PVOG) program, leveraging feedback across various internal and external channels
  • Conduct in-depth data research and analysis to inform key Product Integrity and organizational milestones
  • Develop and implement reporting best practices and contribute to data governance across the team
  • Collaborate on business case development and program creation efforts related to new initiatives and ongoing operational support
  • Represent Product Integrity requirements to technology and product teams; participate in user acceptance testing and feedback
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues across the Product Integrity reporting environment
  • Implement strategies for ensuring data accuracy through validation processes and error-checking tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting, ideally in retail or supply chain environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data modeling; Smartsheet experience preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and create clear, impactful reporting solutions
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to written detail
  • Skilled in tailoring data visualizations to various leadership audiences
  • Adept at identifying root causes, seeing the big picture, and explaining systems-thinking concepts across teams
  • Self-motivated with sound judgment and the ability to balance independence and collaboration
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success
