Job Details

Client is looking for a Canadian payroll conversion developer to convert data from Oracle JD Edwards to HCM cloud especially Balance Transfer.

The primary focus will be on Payroll Balance Transfers, ensuring compliance with CRA requirements and seamless continuity of payroll processing post-migration.

Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of payroll balances from JD Edwards into Oracle HCM Cloud.

Perform data mapping between JDE and HCM Cloud balance structures.

Validate accuracy and completeness of payroll data through reconciliation reports and assist in testing payroll runs in HCM Cloud.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Payroll, specifically for Canada.

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll and HDL (HCM Data Loader).

  • Proven experience with payroll balance transfer projects, preferably as part of a full-cycle JDE to HCM Cloud migration.
