Product Manager III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager III in Plano, TX.

Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with UX, engineering, data science team, and other stakeholders to design and deliver AI-driven features; Refining and prioritizing product features and requirements; Developing a product roadmap; Managing sprints and guiding tech squad to describe product features and split those features into product backlog items and managing the product backlog
* Acts as the main point of contact with and facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated accurately, the product vision is understood, and issues are resolved during sprints

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 6+ years of experience
* Must have Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe ACE Agile)
* Adaptability to change and adherence to agile principles is critical
* Delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products in collaboration with engineering teams
* High level of expertise in prototyping and iterative development
* Must have experience managing the product life cycle, using JIRA, and a strong understanding of business value
* Technical expertise balanced with business acumen
* Proficiency with project management tools
* Strong communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management
* The ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs is also necessary, shown by the ability to engage, persuade and inspire partners and stakeholders to achieve cooperation and alignment
* Proactive and accountable self-starter
* Experience in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
