Description
: Responsible for the installation, testing, turn up & trouble shooting of VoIP equipment and maintaining all databases associated with the VoIP product offerings. Maintain current network and equipment as well as design and implement new voice offerings. Be proficient in VOIP and TDM voice services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Install and maintain voice and data equipment in customer locations. 2. Maintain equipment used in VOIP network. 3. Work closely with other technical personnel to maintain the network's integrity. 4. Work with customers to resolve any troubles and be proactive in trying to eliminate outages. 5. Work with customers, vendors and other companies to test new products and maintain current network. 6. Maintain corporate IP phone network.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
