Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Lightning Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce

  • Build responsive user interfaces with Lightning Experience

  • Implement business logic, workflows, flows, validations, and automation

  • Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems

  • Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards

  • Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment standards

  • Perform deployments using change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications

  • Collaborate with admins, architects, and business teams in Agile sprints

  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3 7+ years of Salesforce development experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows)

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
