Job Details

Job Title: SAP Key User Specialist

Location: Onsite Greenville, SC

This position will be approved through December 31, 2026, with an annual review and extension process scheduled for next year.
This person will do the day to day troubleshooting operational support in SAP. They are a level II/level II support. The other piece is they do the user acceptance testing. Any systematic change, they do all the testing before it goes into production environment. If it isn t working properly then they provide feedback to IT so that they can fix the defect. Then they retest before it runs into production. They also work with the end users and work instructions for end users. This person needs to be an expert on the physical process on the shop floor. This person could also lead projects and work with the key users and compile all the open points and be the main contact. There are currently 5 total SAP Key Users on this team. This role supports all Green Inland Port locations. Supports packing parts for local plant and international plants. Primarily focus on the packing process, but cross-functional support on the outbound exporting.
Must have: Need someone who has good mixture of physical logistics process knowledge and SAP systems knowledge. Continuous improvement mind set is required. Warehouse SAP management experience required.
Nice to have: German and/or Spanish language skills, Green or Black Belt certifications.
Onsite requirement 80% - with 1 day work from home potential. This is subject to change. For initial onboarding period, must be 100% onsite.
Travel potential to support other packing plants (10%)
