In this role, you will:
- Evaluate output from the Corporate Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) Team
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Track and report on requests, issues, defects, and performance metrics
- Facilitate team meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver executive-level business reviews
- Provide reporting to meet business strategy and address employee feedback
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on training and communication plans
- Represent business units in project/program forums and decision-making bodies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory efforts to drive risk mitigation, improve customer experience, and achieve efficiency goals
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years Project Management experience
- Experience in Financial Crimes Operations with knowledge of Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and high-risk clients' processes and procedures
- Experience in risk management, audit, RCSA, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced reporting and data visualization skills using PowerBI/Tableau
- Experience synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights for executive leadership
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience collaborating across lines of business, driving initiatives
- Experience driving strategy in alignment with policy and procedures
- Experience working within compliance with governance standards
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in third-party risk and business execution
- Ability to evaluate third-party services and challenge stakeholders during risk evaluations
- Ability to manage competing priorities and associated risks
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), SQL, and willingness to learn new technologies, including HTML
- Understanding of banking operations and systems (e.g., Hogan, SVP, Indigo, Cornerstone)
- Experience in process management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work on-site at the work location
- The schedule is Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
