We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning data management, corporate technology systems, and scalable infrastructure. This role involves managing full project lifecycles, from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. You ll work at the intersection of business and technology, influencing outcomes across high-impact programs within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple enterprise programs including data warehousing, DMS, capacity growth, and application validations.

  • Translate business and product OKRs into clear project deliverables and success metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders from business and technology teams.

  • Break down strategic objectives into actionable workstreams with defined scopes, timelines, and resources.

  • Oversee project operations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, tracking, and risk management.

  • Monitor and report project/program health using KPIs, milestone tracking, risk logs, and issue management.

  • Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely, quality project execution.

  • Facilitate change management by assessing impacts to project scope, schedule, and cost, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

  • Enforce program governance, maintaining centralized and organized documentation.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize delivery and technology investment outcomes.

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.

  • 10 15 years of experience in the financial services or capital markets industry (preferred).

  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Proven experience with data warehouse initiatives, enterprise system scaling, code validations, and cloud-based reporting systems.

  • Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com.

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis, and IT infrastructure.

  • PMP and/or SAFe Agile certification (preferred).

  • Experience with reporting/data modeling tools or enterprise production support.
