Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, within the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on managing technology roadmaps, optimizing business applications, and driving operational efficiency through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results aligned with organizational strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for enterprise application platforms, emphasizing process automation and operational efficiency.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of business applications that align with organizational goals and IT strategies.
Manage product backlogs, create process flows, and oversee functional designs and test plans to support solution delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust and collaboration between IT and business teams.
Act as a liaison between IT and business functions, providing technology expertise to identify and prioritize solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technology needs.
Lead initiatives to modernize and migrate applications to cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and transitions.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Deliver training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of core business applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience with expertise in implementing enterprise supply chain or manufacturing applications.
At least 2 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later) or Oracle Fusion SaaS, including configuration and setup.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage technology roadmaps.
Advanced understanding of business process workflows across key functions such as Opportunity to Quote, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
