Our HID Origo cloud platform enables the next generation of access control solutions for our customers and partners. Significant investments have gone into this initiative and many customers have already adopted the technologies. Today HID Origo Cloud platform powers many of the products in the HID portfolio including Mobile Identities, Card Services, and Device Management.
As the Senior Product Manager for HID Origo Cloud Platform, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for HID s Cloud platform enabling mobile identity and credential management solution within the HID Origo Cloud ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving innovation in cloud-based credential customer and channel partner onboarding, subscription management, mobile credential provisioning, and partner integrations that enable secure, scalable, and seamless access control experiences across enterprise, education, healthcare, and government verticals.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and execution focused product manager with deep experience in cloud platforms, SaaS infrastructure, user experience, mobile technologies, and identity management who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product vision for mobile identity and credential management within the HID Origo Cloud platform.
- Align product strategy with business goals, customer needs, and market trends in mobile access and cloud security.
Roadmap & Execution
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that deliver customer value and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and program management to deliver high-quality releases on time.
Customer & Market Insights
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and identify pain points and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Mobile Credential Management
- Lead initiatives around mobile credential provisioning in wallet/app and credential lifecycle management.
- Define credential profiles, artwork standards, and partner onboarding processes.
Cloud Platform & Integration
- Define workflows for customer onboarding and management during customer lifecycle journey.
- Design efficient solutions for subscription management, billing, and analytics for mobile credential usage.
- Drive API strategy and partner integration capabilities for seamless deployment across PACS (Physical Access Control Systems), OEMs, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of cloud infrastructure and services.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and support teams to enable successful go-to-market and customer adoption.
- Represent the product in executive reviews, partner meetings, and industry events.
- Ensure close team collaboration and alignment according to SAFe methodologies
- Represent your team in various leadership meetings, portfolio pulses and through relevant Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices
Customer Operational Focus
- Define and implement tools and processes to enable professional and timely customer communications related to operations, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions and technical support
- Product quality and security
- Release notifications and maintenance events
- Ensure that all products and cloud services operate with privacy in mind and in compliance with required legislations, policies, directives and practices.
- Ensure Service Agreements are in place with customers, external vendors and internal functions
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide excellent operational flow with our IT, engineering, support and quality functions
- Ensure timely publications of external statements on ongoing and past service disruptions or security incidents
- Define methods of measuring and reporting on service delivery history and improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in cloud platforms, mobile identity, or physical security software technologies.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and SaaS delivery models.
- Experience with subscription management and billing for Cloud/SaaS product offerings.
- Experience with multi-tenant and hierarchical channel/enduser based Cloud based operations.
- Experience with deployment of global and regional Cloud platforms covering North America, Europe, Middle-East, and APAC considering regulatory and technical compliance in different markets.
- Understanding of access control and mobile credential technologies (e.g., Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, NFC, BLE).
- Experience conducting and analyzing user experience journey and workflows for continuous evolution of Cloud/SaaS platform.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex software product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence strategic decisions and drive adoption through consultation, collaboration, well-crafted messaging and strategic stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in lean and agile development methodology (ideally SAFe certified).
- Technical expertise in Cloud systems and software, with excellent leadership skills to influence technical leaders across the company.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), secure credential provisioning, and enterprise and Cloud security standards.
- Experience working with OEMs, PACS vendors, and technology partners.
- Knowledge of HID Origo platform or similar cloud-based access control ecosystems.
- Agile product development experience and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Travel required, including domestic and international travel for HID workshops, tradeshows, customer meetings, or other events.
