Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions - from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment between IT and business teams.
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and governance frameworks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, etc.).
  • Support release management, production deployments, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Mentor and guide project team members in Pega solution design and project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management of IT or BPM projects.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Pega implementations (Pega 7.x / 8.x / Infinity).
  • Proven experience in delivering Pega-based digital transformation, workflow automation, or case management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Senior System Architect (SSA), or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience integrating Pega with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), or legacy systems.
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom industries.
