JD:
Configure, customize and trouble shoot Genesys cloud components including routing strategies, IVR scripting and integration.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Design and implement Genesys cloud solutions to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and resolution of Genesys cloud related issues.
Collaborate with out client's IT and operations teams to integrate Genesys cloud with other systems and applications.
CICD knowledge and SBC knowledge will be added advantage.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Genesys Cloud technologies, providing recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Genesys cloud configuration, process and procedures.
