Position: Business Analyst/Consultant (Promotional Content and Digital Asset)
Location: Parssipany, NJ (Remote / Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Provide project management and leadership to support Veeva Vault PromoMats. enhancement projects include but not limited to, MLR workflows, Digital Asset Management, and other system integrations.
Lead the platform enhancement changes for the Veeva Vault PromoMats or other Digital asset platforms, activities include but not limited to, change request prioritization, administration, technical assessments and alternatives, documentation, testing and execution.
Partner with the Marketing technology and other operations team leads to establish and ensure strategic alignment with the commercial objectives and long-term scalability.
Serve as the Lead for PromoMats to ensure successful service delivery to Commercial Operations and other key business stakeholders.
Provide day to day technical and process optimization support to the commercial promotional approval process (Medical, Legal & Regulatory) stakeholders.
Offer PromoMats Support in: Solution requirements, implementation, testing & deployment approach.
Oversee MLR & CLM support requests and Assist in enabling new PromoMats features.
