Location: Plano, TX


Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Primary Skill: DB, ETL.
  • Secondary: Any Automation.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in Database Testing and ETL Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
  • Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or similar.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of automation tools for testing (optional but a plus).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Validate data migration between source and target systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Perform performance and load testing on ETL processes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Provide regular testing status reports to stakeholders.
  • Leading a team and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have experience in Automation.
