Role: Business/Product Analyst role working with an Agile scrum team

Project: This person will be on the servicing side of the business - this team deals with alot of high criticality defects. Issues that need to be remediated. The work is regulatory in nature. This person is doing the requirements and user stories to remediate those issues. There are many compliance requirements and regulatory changes, product and pricing updates, and sales updates 2x a year.

Day to day: Take the business requirements and turn them into user stories and refining them for the scrum team to define the solution. The business owner will write a request that is in business terms and what the expected outcome is. The BA will review the requirement, meet with the business, and the BA will write user stories that align with the business needs. Then, the BA and PO will meet with the scrum team and have a refinement session.

Must have: BA with good user story writing skills. Someone that can work well with the business and the scrum team to ensure the refinement sessions go well and they know what the ask is from the busines. very good agile skills.

- Leading conversations that result in a refined set of user stories for the Product Owner to approve

- Working with data sets to distill insights that inform the Product Owner and product area

- Working with delivery teams to support testing activities

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst writing Agile Stories or other business requirements

Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards

Experience performing QA & UAT

- Someone who questions the requirements

Nice to have: prior wells fargo, financial services, merchant services experience

Location: CLT - hybrid onsite

Rate: 56-62

Duration: 12 months, could extend

IV process: 45 min video to hire with Amela and PO

Previous Product delivery experience, Jira experience, story refinement, Merchant experience.
