Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Workday Implementation and Configuration Analyst to lead and support the deployment of our Workday HR system. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a successful implementation and long-term platform stability, with a strong emphasis on security configuration, business process design, and system administration. The position focuses on high-level platform configuration rather than software development. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Workday configuration tasks, including: Security group setup and maintenance Business process design and optimization Platform settings and tenant configuration Act as a Workday subject matter expert throughout implementation phases Collaborate with HR, IT, and external Workday partners to ensure system design alignment Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, particularly related to security and access Document configuration decisions, workflows, and system architecture Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on Workday functionality Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancement initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Workday experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks and business process configuration Experience in Workday platform administration (non-development) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications in HCM, Security, or Business Process Configuration Experience working in hybrid or remote teams Familiarity with HR operations and compliance standards Certifications Workday certifications in relevant modules (HCM, Security, Business Process Configuration) are preferred but not mandatory Primary Skills Workday Implementation and Configuration Workday Security (managing roles, domain policies, configuration, and user access) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Workday HCM Certification , Workday Security , Workday Business Process Configuration
