Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Neptune City, New Jersey. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for inventory management. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and drive the success of our online marketplace presence.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline operations and maintain effective communication.
Utilize tools such as Helium10 and Jungle Scout to analyze market trends and improve product performance.
Develop and implement e-commerce campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Troubleshoot operational issues and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
Maintain and update content on content management systems (CMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Leverage Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for data analysis.
Collaborate with inventory teams to manage consignment and 3PL fulfillment processes.
Requirements
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for content creation and editing.
Familiarity with backend development and content management systems (CMS).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Experience with inventory management and 3PL fulfillment processes.
Ability to analyze and utilize tools such as Helium10 or Jungle Scout.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and precision.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
