- Technical skills Insurance Domain knowledge, Policy Processing Applications
- Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and profiling skills.
- Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Mapping documents for ETL applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with various stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed specifications for software developers
- Conduct meetings/workshops to elicit, understand, and document business requirements using domain expertise
- Analyze data, perform in depth analysis of existing data and guide team members on implementation of new requirements
