Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $135,000.00 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Manager of Financial and Administrative Applications. This is a Full-Time Hybrid role in Chicago's far southwest suburbs.

The Manager of Financial and Administrative Applications is accountable for ensuring the overall operational performance, reliability, and integrity of business-critical software applications, including integration between diverse applications and systems. Supported systems include Revenue Cycle, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Report Writing, and Application Core Security.
The manager works closely with IT leadership to ensure stable, secure, and integrated system solutions, along with ongoing support and the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT applications leader with a strong background in planning, execution, team management, and cross-functional coordination. Qualified canidates will have the ability to manange 8 direct reports covering all revenue cycle applications.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; a relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an IT management role within a healthcare setting
  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting financial, administrative, and clinical applications
  • Familiarity with Cerner Millennium, Meditech Magic, Workday, and Revenue Cycle systems, including Optum CAC and CDI
  • Strong project management and vendor management expertise
  • Demonstrated success managing a team of 6 10 FTEs
  • Deep understanding of hospital operations, project planning, personnel management, and staff development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects
  • Knowledge of interfaces, interface engines, and integration standards is a plus
