Job Title: FINEOS Developer / Configurator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional responsible for developing, configuring, and extending the FINEOS platform based on business and technical requirements. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance core product functionality and meet client-specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and configurations on the FINEOS platform.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and configurable solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and data integrations within FINEOS.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to configurations and custom extensions.
  • Stay updated with FINEOS product updates and recommend improvements or optimizations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with the FINEOS AdminSuite or Claims platform.
  • Proficiency in configuration and development within the FINEOS framework.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain processes, particularly in life, accident, and health sectors.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and integration technologies.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
