IT Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$43.12-$61.60/Hrs

Description
Oversee the approval process for outbound data requests in a technology-driven environment.
Work collaboratively with various teams to support data transmission and governance processes.
Manage a high volume of detailed projects with SLA-driven deliverables.
Facilitate and manage cases involving external data transmission requests.
Ensure compliance with data transmission standards and policies.
Provide detailed updates and summaries for ongoing cases.
Train new team members on case management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams to support data transmission registration processes.
Manage an assigned portfolio of data transmission requests.
Perform quality assurance on information and evidence provided.
Ensure all control reviews are completed satisfactorily before approval.
Assist requestors by providing escalation points for unresolved issues.
Communicate updates for in-flight cases to stakeholders.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in data management or data governance concepts.
3-5 years of experience in information lifecycle management or assurance.
General knowledge of the banking industry and technology standards.
Experience with systems development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Ability to analyze process and data to identify actionable outcomes.
Intermediate to expert level knowledge of generic office software tools.
