Job Details

Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in coordinating hybrid teams across time zones.
  • Experience in resolving UAT issues and contributing to design improvements.
  • Experience with managing releases and working alongside deployment leads.
  • Experience in defect triage and aligning development priorities with QA.
  • Experience with collaborating across dev, automation, and QA teams.
  • Strong communication skills to manage both onsite and offshore coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce initiatives and guide a distributed development team.
  • Support release cycles and manage deployment planning.
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and offshore teams.
  • Address functional and automation test feedback.
  • Identify and drive process optimization efforts.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
